What is CBD? Isolate, broad-spectrum and full-spectrum
Cannabidiol (CBD) is one of more than 100 cannabinoids found in the cannabis plant. Unlike delta-9 THC, CBD does not produce a "high." Hemp is cannabis that contains no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight, the legal line drawn by the 2018 Farm Bill.[5]

Most CBD research uses prescription-strength doses, purified CBD, or small groups of people. Very little studies a 35 mg gummy taken daily. Here is what that means in practice.

Will it show up on a drug test?
Standard workplace tests look for THC metabolites (THC-COOH), not CBD. The risk comes from trace THC.
- Labels can be wrong. Independent testing found THC in some products labeled THC-free.[15]
- Trace THC can build up with daily use, especially with full-spectrum products.
- "ND" is not zero. It means below the lab's detection limit.
